What does this fit?

Ok I know it is a comp/flash hider but I can not figure what weapon it goes on. Any one have a clue?

I was thinking Mini 30 because of the muzzle end being wider.

It's a slip on flash hider for the Mini 14 with a ramp style pinned front sight. Tap out the front sight pin, slip this thing on and tap the pin back in. I know they fit the 223 version, not sure about the X39 type.
