    If I recall correctly, @Warbirds put in a couple of such trainers in his house.

    Don't think we ever got a 'range report' on them though.

    I usually skip over post like these with videos, But the one you posted about the survival shovel was great. I ordered one off amazon for my son. He does a lot of camping out in the pines. I know he is going to love it. One of the best post in a long time. Thanks Mr. P for turning me on to it. Oakie

    I didn't watch the whole video but I will say If the guy can afford to live in a house like that one, he can afford to buy ammo and go to the range

    Now that is an innovative idea. I would be curious how it works. The firing pin must activate a valve that allows gas to escape and drive a piston reward. Sort of using the principle the Colt ace service model employed with the floating chamber to give the feel of a center fire cartridge. Ingenious really.

    Yep, and it also activates a laser.
