Cooked some rice with turkey stock to make garlic bacon fried rice
Had some turkey stock from turkey #2 and I thought hey why not cook some rice with it. So the turkey stock rice is cooling in the fridge so it won't clump. Gonna go nuts with the garlic since I got a bag or pre-peeled stuff. Also I'm gonna put extra onions.
Maybe I'll make some Turkey stock Dirty Rice (made with chicken liver and gizzards) no ground beef (not ready for that). Or freeze the stock for later? We'll see.
