Smoke Em, If You Got Em' -
Smoker rolling just now. Three trays of Lobster/Mac, (one lb ea.) . Two racks of Pork Baby Back Ribs, w/Badia "Perfect Seasoning," Powdered BBQ spice, Powdered Frank's Hot Sauce powder. (Cut into 1/3rds.)

We were encouraged to smoke in the USAF way back when. Our DI would call out "Smoke em if you got em!", if not, come with me for some details! (details mean WORK) for those of you not familiar.
Guys who never smoked in their lives would bum cigs off of me just to get out of work!

Oh, and just for general info. Don't tell the DI, you don't smoke, when told to pick up cigarette butts. π

Had about 8-10 ribs yesterday after coating them w/Kansas City (Sweet and Smoky) style BBQ Sauce and bringing the temp on the smoker back up to 225Β° for about 30minutes. Fall apart tender. Man were those good. Got about 2/3 of em' in a large tupperware container in the fridge, to bring back up to temp. today. Made a bunch of Russet Steak cut fries in my Air Fryer.
