Joes handlers control him, they are doing business in all parts of the world with all manner of people, good and bad. They are amoral and this is just another profitable deal to them.

I (unfortunately,) believe our current Political System is beyond retrieval. There is No Change, between Republican/Democrat, in Office. Same/Same. (Over all.)
Unfettered access, by Illegals, No secure Borders, Free Benefits to all, without Earning/paying in to them. (While Veterans have to get a "Veterans Advocate," in order to get "Benefits.") [Been there, done that.]
It's gonna take another "Tea Party," to wake folks up.
I hate it, but that what is in Play, at the moment.
