So how do I get rid of messages left under
notifications (with the bell) and inbox (with the little envelope)?? Also Mr. P reprimanded me and his posts state "permission problem" to delete?! Used to just go away when I hit the post but not now??!! Thanks

If you click on the bell, the notifications should disappear, but I don't think you can get rid of the messages.

Open the message
In the right hand margin there is 'leave conversation'
This will remove you and your comments from the conversation. You will not see this conversation in your list again. (unless someone Adds you back)
The OP will still have the conversation in his list but without your comments.
