sad part if any citizen fired a gun or even had one to fire would be in jail

the car was unattended and parked. no one was in danger or in a life threating position and yet the above the law SS was shooting at a car as it was leaving the scene. another perfect laws and for you not me

If I woke up tomorrow and found out ever major dem run city was completely looted and scorched to the ground I would not Shead a tear

sad its effecting every city even the cities not really that big around us the major crimes are getting out of hand car thefts killing robbing seems like its become so common no one bats a eye

It is very sad to see DC in that shape. We love DC and go there about three times a year. I love walking the city and seeing the architecture of the buildings, and all the museums. We especially like the wharf area where they sell live crabs and clams, plus all other seafood. They cook it right there and you eat at the park benches. They are actually boats that they cook and sell their seafood off of.

I agree, Oakie. I was in DC a few years ago with my wife and my daughter. We had a great time seeing the sights and the food was excellent.

But, DC is gonna be DC. It will always fall back on corruption and crime because that's what inhabits the place at the core.

Another thing they dont tell you how lenient the soft on crime DEMOCRAT controlled justice system is in DC. Plenty of info on the net about just how weak it is. Sickening.

I like visiting DC. Arlington Cemetery, Smithsonian museums are some of my favorites to visit there.

While stationed at Ft. Monroe, VA I visited DC many times in the mid-60's. Married a girl that lived and grew up in Bethesda, MD. Before my discharge we visited many monuments and museums. We even went dancing in a club in the Georgetown district. I can't pack enough to feel safe there anymore.

I may be one of the rare few who have never been there. I do check out a lot of the historic and famous places DC has to offer via the internet however. IMO, the safest way to travel on a budget these days!

My daughter was stationed at the Pentagon. We were relieved when she was transferred. I might add that she went round and round with the school system a few times.
