Thanksgiving dinner

Just picked up a 19lb boneless prime rib, (ribeye roast), at Fareway in town. Came with a free, up to 14lb turkey, with $50.00 purchase.

Got it home, and found out the oldest and her other want ribeyes for Thanksgiving, on the Wednesday before. Perfect! I can carve off a few ribeyes and squirrel away the rest of the roast for a, week home alone event! Win win!
