Sometimes Simple is Better -
A big "Family Size," bag of Rana Chicken/Mozzarella/Riccota cheese Tortelloni.
Instead of boiling them, Sautee'd/browned them in EVOO and a fine diced Sweet Onion. Salt/Pepper, Badia Perfect Seasoning. Fresh Romano and grated Parmesan cheese.
Man was that good. Wiped out 3/5th's of a "Family," bag. 😁

Dang! I've bought their family sized bag and Judy and I can barely eat half. It does freeze if you spread it out first so it doesn't stick together and then bag it up after it is frozen. You sure you aren't eating for two?😁 Bob
Judy is out with the "girls" tonight so I just diced up some leftover potatoes and corned beef from the corned beef and cabbage we had a couple of days ago and made hash. That plus a couple of hen fruit over easy hit the spot. like you, sometimes I think simple is best. Bob
