We have been playing wiffle ball since we were kids.. I threw the idea out there a few years ago, and one guy showed up with a new wiffle ball set. !!!!!! Some of us still have it, and some of us are showing our age. It sure is fun to be a kid again, if only for an hour or two. 😉😀

Dad had his yacht tied up at Key West for a couple of years. We flew down there to spend a little time with them. It was fun, but it was good to get back home too.

We landed at Miami but my luggage didn't. I went to Lost and Found, but it was not there. The old woman told me it should be on the next flight out of Dayton Ohio. I told her "no it should have been on the same flight I was on". It did turn up the next day.

    Cool-

If I may make a suggestion, Key West has become a really big partying spot.

We have been spending about 8-10 days a year staying in Marathon Key.

You can get into Key West for a day in 45 minutes for all the fun stuff, but when you want peace and quiet Marathon or Baha’i Honda State park are perfect.

    Here’s a sunset at Baha’i Honda.

2nd pic is a rental place a few years ago on Marathon.

Nothing beats Old Folk, running around, acting like Kid's. 😂

Used to spend a fair amount of time down in the Key's in my youth. We lived (several times over the years) in Miami. We had 3 boats on a Private lake, about 15 minutes from the ocean. (21'inboard/outboard, 21' Flying Fish sailboat, and a John boat with outboard.) We lived in the water.

My Uncle (Uncle Shorty) ran a Charter Fishing service out of one of the Southernmost Key's. (Sorry, do not remember the exact one. It may very well have been Marathon.) We were welcome to come down anytime.

My Brother and I (and friends) did a lot of Scuba diving and snorkeling not only in the ocean, but in the Mangrove canals running throughout the Key's. Man do I ever miss those times. 🤔
