Dude did you know Barrett is now Australian?
A while back I heard something and forgot about it. I then remembered and I looked it up today to confirm. Not that I really care since I don't want or able to buy a Barrett in California. I just hope they don't turn in to a mess like Remington.

Honestly, I believe Remington is on a comeback and some of the new stuff I have seen is great. Expect things to get better since they they have left 2A hating DEMOCRAT controlled New York.
Barrett is Aussie owned but still MFG in TN

I knew Barrett was now owned by Australians, but very pleased to read (above) that they are still made in TN. 👍

Ironically, it may be owned by Australians but I don't think any one there can own any of the products. I reckon that's why production will stay here in the land of, for the time being anyway, the semi-free. Bob

Because it's about guns? Or maybe it's because a foreign country owning an American company. That reminds me isn't there a thing about American owned or made to be able to be sold to uncle Sam?
