Health PSA - Get your colonoscopy
If you are of the age, get it done. Don't be embarrassed over a necessary health screening. Just had my second this morning (52 y.o.) with a single polyp removed, which the dr. said is fairly common. Honestly, the day of is a breeze and the prep is much better with Charmin 😉. My insurance covers 100% and even kicks in $250 into my HSA. Never should be any issues with having a conversation with the procedure, or any health procedure, for that matter. Bonus for today's visit over that last one was I was not pumped full of air this time.

The no food for 24 hours before was bad.
The prep was bad also.
