Glock magazines-difference?

I have two magazines for a G22. I'm not up on Glocks, what's the difference?

  I'm not the smartest on Glocks, but the mag on the left looks like it's for the reversable mag catch (Gen4/5); the single notch above the other two is for the ambidextrous mag release (Gen 3?). As long as the follower isn't orange (i.e., a Gen 5 mag), the mag should work in any Gen Glock (that it fits) with any mag catch setup. The mag on the right would only work with a catch installed for a right-handed shooter.
