Yea, or anyone have fingerprint id to open your phone. It just scares me. Maybe I've been eating geasy chicken, or have dirty hands, or my hands are really cold from being outside......how's it work??

As long as you never actually do anything with your hands they should work just fine. If they're like the fingerprint reader on my phone then forget it. Any minor nick or cut or abrasion or dirt on my finger will cause the phone to not open. I wind up having to use the numerical pass code all the time.

Same reason(s) I was stirred away from finger print pad on a gunvault single gun safe, on this forum several years back.
Went with numeric keypad, never had an issue.

They wouldn't work for me, I have no fingerprints. When I applied for my CCL the sheriff deputy tried for sometime and couldn't get a readable print. He finally gave up and said you're good. Too much concrete and lab work.
