I reckon any semi-auto that can install any magazines. You might have to get the silly California magazines like Comp-Mag. But being a 10/22 I don't know how that would work? I think you got yourself a single shot rifle since you might have to get a magazine block.

If you read the "law" the ISP have the "authority" to add more firearms to the list. In essence just about ANY semi auto has the that "could" accept a high cap magazine will be added at a later date and I fully believe that will happen.

Barrett sent it back to the courts to play out, so they say but there is only one stop left and McGlynn has stated he will let it go through. TOTAL chaos here in Illinois, probably to most restrictive "laws" in the USA.

The key word is, IF. This is found on page 84 .
If your 10/22 does not have any of the attachments you should be good to go.

Correct walter and the "law" has provisions to change under the ISP and can add more firearms to the already banned list if THEY see fit to do so.
