Does this sight look familiar?

Dovetail measure .300 inches not .375 (3/8) as most of my other sights measure

  Could be almost anything, but it looks like a standard dovetail.

  Measure the diameter of the "riser slot" and I bet you could find one to go with it; Marlin, WW??

  The sight is made differently than Winchester since the dovetail is a separate piece and riveted on. or it was Winchester and modified and then refinished for another make.
