Whadya think it's worth???
Cleaning out more stuff that I've accumulated over time and came across this deer scale. I did some searching on-line, but couldn't find anything on it. Anyone have an idea on what, if anything, it might be worth?

might be more useful just to hang deer on to skin/dress it out. Its made a lot like those coat hanger type hangers they sell nowdays, and they go for under $20......

Not much it only goes to 300 pounds!
That would probably be a state record here in Florida where deer are tiny compared to the rest of the country.

Mine doesn't have the little wire that hangs down, or a place for one, but thanks for the link. Obviously not worth much, might just toss it in the scrap pile. Thanks, Joe.

Welcome.
I think the one at that auction is none functioning. That wire hanging down is from overloaded weight and pulled the wire out. Look close at yours the wire is in place ,tucked at bottom of scale marker, at top of the zero..
Still cool, still worth $20 - $40 bucks in a shop I bet.

I think the wire is just to read the weight, mine isn't nearly that long.
