I just happened to look out to the back yard
And there were 7 deer out there. 2 young bucks were having a head-butting contest. The does finally ran off to the east woods.

Nice. We have deer all over around here.

They are pests here. Rarely do I ever not go out in the late afternoon or early morning and not see them. Hell on our fruit trees and roses. Most common roadkill by far. Interesting how they disappear during hunting season.

Someone told the deer that hunters live on this property. They rarely show themselves.

Start feeding the squirrels and raccoons corn. They love it. If you see a dang ol deer getting in to it shoot 'em.

Almost a daily experience here, rarely see an older buck, but I see does and babies all the time, even after 23 years on this property, I still stop what ever I am doing and watch em for awhile...

Hard to see but there are two white tails walking through a neighbors front yard just before 6AM back in early October
