I've got no problem with a Female winning it. (But) An Entertainer?
If your going to name an Entertainer, how about Gary Sinese of the Lt. Dan Band. He has been overseas inumerable times in support of our Troops. A Very Stand Up guy. Much more deserving. IMHO.
With all that is going on in the World today, naming an Entertainer is just Ludicrous.

They gave Obama a Nobel thingy, and I never felt a darn thing.
I swear if there was an award for the biggest screw up, a bunch of idiots would be standing in line to be judged.

She is doing a tour of live performances called "Eras." Plus there is a 2-hour movie of the Eras tour playing at all the theaters.
Just a few weeks ago it was in the news that Taylor's net worth has just topped One Billion.
She made $260 million in three months.

I think it was a bit longer than that like maybe a year.. I read that every city on her tour averaged an economic impact of over forty five million dollars and somewhere around sixty percent of that came from out of town visitors.
She seems to be pretty generous to those who work for her on the tour also:
