Anyone else having trouble getting gunbroker to respond on a claim against a seller?

I submitted a claim on October 7 2023

NO UPDATES AND THE WONT REPLY TO MY EMAILS ASKING FOR AN UPDATE.

THE SELLER RECEIVED THE MONEY ORDER AND CASHED IT BUT WILL NOT AND HAS NOT RESPONDED TO EMAILS AND CALLS.

I SUBMITTED ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS BUT ALL I AM GETTING IS DEAD AIR.

PLEASE ADVISE.

  Best thing you can do is wait. Support will get to the matter but it will take some time.
