Speaking of driving;
My wife is a good driver. Aware of what's around her, and always checking mirrors, and checking for 'outs' if needed.
Her and I were on a local VFD as driver/ operators. The dept. sent us to a state run professional drivers safety, training course. We got to learn and perform maneuvers of skid pad, recover from divining off the side of the road, last second lane switch (which no one was to correctly guess/ anticipate which lane the instructor was going to flash).
We drove both a medium size 4dr sedan and a school bus. Nothing is more fun than on the skid pad with the school bus and the instructor pulls the lever to lock up the rear brakes. You have to wait until the back end comes around to meet the front before you correct steering and prevent full spin. A few of us were hoping we'd flunk the course so we could do it again. What a blast.

Cool Joe, I'll bet that was a blast. Hows come you didn't get to use the 3 axle tanker/tender loaded??

Oh lord. Actually, the truck my wife drove most was the tender. It was a old grain truck they put a 2500 gallon tank on. It had NO baffles. Was slow to get moving, but she could go through all 20 gears if need be. She'd get people riding her rear, she'd bump it and let the water slosh out the overflow and cover the car. They'd back off after that.
