Tune into the Hallmark channels every night from 7 'til 1 A.M. 185 & 187 if you have DISH. Kinda mushy but no T & A and no cussing .

IT was funny how they did that movie at Christmas. A bit of dark comedy.

Hans Gruber opened the elevator door, the tall blonde terrorist was sitting there, bloody and dead, and on his chest was written

NOW I HAVE A MACHINE GUN HO HO HO.

Even with the VERY early Xmas store displays TV adds, newspaper adds etc. I always miss the season when it's over😐️

I was going to watch it the title was not one I remembered

But reading the review I remember seeing the movie

Good movie and like some other war movies take away the government instilled hate and most are the same at heart

Not so much with current enemies

    But WWI And WWII

Mostly common people forced to fight

How about Rare Exports or Dead Snow ?

"Rare Export" is always in the rotation along with Krampus movies. Was "Dead Snow" during Christmas?

Mr. Perfect  - "First Blood" was that Christmas movie? "The Princess Bride" also Christmas movie?

So far I've watched "Four Christmases" kind a like "Christmas With The Kranks". "Nothing Like The Holidays" a Latin family gathering in Chicago (commentary was better than the movie). Then there was "Serendipity" a John Cusack movie and we all like John (well most of his movies).

I think I'll watch Santa as action hero. "Fatman" and "Violent Night". Since I'll be watching the "Star Trek: Strange New World" season 2 the Christmas movies will not be the main focus. Then there is the new woke "Indiana Jones" that's also out and Sallah is in it. I am kind a curious if they killed off "Mutt". I may wait until they're cheap or I'll buy it used.

Also "The Winchesters" season 1 will be out. I really wanted to like this show but I got to about the 6th episodes before I gave up.

    A Storm for Christmas...Norwegian and

    Three days of Christmas.....Spanish

Both are kind of quirky with subtitles, or dubbed.

Yes. Both those movies take place during Christmastime.

ltcdoty - "A Storm For Christmas" looks good. I'll have to look for them when it comes out on DVD. "Three days of Christmas" another Netflix show. I haven't seen Victoria Abril since "Tie Me Up! Tie Me Down!" (not that I really paid much attention to her works) one of the early Antonio Banderas movies. I half watched that movie while waiting for a ride home back in 1990.

Mr. Perfect - I guess I'll have to move "Dead Snow" to the Christmas movie box. That's gonna throw off "Dead Snow 2" since they'll be separated.

So I got the new "Star Trek: Strange New World" that's gonna eat in to the Christmas movie viewing. I have to say so far 5 episodes in it's good as the first season.

    I'm watching "It's a Wonderful Life" as I type this. I haven't watched it in 28 years. Since I live I Donna Reed's hometown, I suppose it's fitting that I watch it.

"Dead Snow" took place around Easter Break their words. And since "Dead Snow 2" was a few days after that. It was a nice transition to watch "Fat Man" and "Violent Night".

Saw "Christmas With The Kranks", "Surviving Christmas", "Last Holiday" and something else.

So today I was looking at something and I saw "Harold and Kumar 3" was a Christmas movie then I remembered "Friday After Next" was another one that I usually forget.

Last leg of the Christmas movies. I'll have to get out "Die Hard 1&2", "Lethal Weapon" and all the Christmas Story movies. Might not have time for all those Krampus movies.

I plan to go to San Jose on Friday to pick up a roast duck so I can watch and eat duck along with Ralphie and his family singing badly accented Jingle Bells.

I watched my VHS copy of "Michael" over the weekend. Been a long while since seeing it. John Travolta as an angel and who can resist seeing Andie MacDowell!

Kind of sad that quite a few actors in this movie are no longer with us.

I'm thinking it's sad that quite a few actors in this movie "are" still with us.
