If "Comcast" is your internet provider.
They have had a data breech and you will need to reset your password. If YOU call 1-800-COMCAST, you will get their recording. If someone calls you - it is NOT "Comcast" --- do NOT give them any information. I hung up on them - then called back to that number and it was a disconnected number.

It's not just Comcast, it's a service called Citrix used by a lot of websites.
Changing your password is mandatory if you get your mail from Comcast. If you get mail on your computer AND on your smart phone, you have to change your password both places.

Stay away from Comcast if you can!! Comcast came into our neighborhood last spring and buried fiber optic casing along all the streets, etc. They made a mess of grass areas along all the roads and promised to come back before Fall and fix it including reseeding. They never showed up. Similarly, they never installed the connection boxes for the homes, and never even put any fiber in the casings. Their latest excuse is that they are waiting for parts that are in short supply and may arrive around the middle of this year.
