It is illegal for said citizens of the country to enter outside of "official" port of entry. Like these two Americans entering US like illegals at Eagle Pass. There is "language" but it's hilarious. Millennials as "journalist". One of the dude looks like Earl from "My Name Is Earl".

Also I learned in another video of theirs one with US "papers" (they didn't say one of them was a citizen) could marry a foreign national on the Progresso International Bridge so the other can get papers. Oh almost forgot this one has language.

  Its illegal to enter any country without going thru the required entry points.(well, there may be some that I am unaware of, but i doubt it)
