Took a drive Friday to Fort Bragg. Visited the 82nd Airbourne museum and the JFK special operations museum. I had been to the 82 nd before but it was the first time for the spec ops . Well worth the trip . Lots of history on display . Thank goodness for our American troops

  I worked with the 5th Special Forces under MACV/SOG and they were VERY impressive men. They presented me with an honorary "Greenie Beanie" and plaque on my last night there. It was a huge honor. The plaque made it home; some baggage weinie stole the beret from my duffel just before I got on the Freedom Bird back home. Bastid.

  You want to hear it for real go to Camp Mackall, NC about 0630 when they are doing PT.
