No Charges Against Biden
The special counsel investigating Biden's holding top secret documents in his garage and elsewhere has decided not to file any charges against Biden. Yet it was a major crime that Trump had some of the same at his home. Just one more example of how a democrat can do anything he wants and get away with it, yet if a republican does exactly the same thing the Hell rains down on him.

Kind a expected to hear M.C. Hammer's grand tune of "Can't Touch This" and see biden shuffle off stage which ever he was closest to.

Well sort of. The prosecutor can decide to press charges or not depending on whether he thinks he can get a conviction. Only the court can deem him incompetent or unfit. Biden dodged being examined by court ordered doctors that surely would have said he is suffering from the early stages of dementia which would have caused him to be either removed as president or at least taken off the ballot.
I've mentioned before that I peruse and comment on liberal sites. I say it is so that I can know my enemy but honestly it is for entertainment. They are arguing in circles trying to put a positive spin on this, saying he is competent and doing a fine job. Or it is all Trumps fault somehow, or he "only" had a few documents, or they lie and say the report exonerates him somehow. Libbies live in La-La land and having a guy with dementia hold the nuclear codes is no big deal to them.

Biden or Harris, you have to pick between the lesser of the two evils, but in this case they’re both evil.
Thank god the founding fathers of the United States put checks and balances in are system of government. At this point we still hold the house and can put the brakes on things, including VP Harris if she were to take over.
Actually maybe there would be advantages to replacing Biden with Harris. 1. The satisfaction of humiliating Biden. 2. Then they can say they had their first woman president and one of color so they can get that out of their system and we can move on. And 3. It would take the wind out of the sails for Michel Obama thinking she would be the first woman president, and of color, and the humiliation of Michel Obama knowing that Harris is not of slave blood would cut deep.
