Artisan sourdough bread
mrsdeere got the starter from a friend. It originated in Holland in 1870. To feed it, just add flour and water. It gets its yeast from the air.

Seems I'm having some problems with uncontrolled drooling going on this morning.

Air born yeast is scary. Think yeast infection.
