From what I understand, the bus service was provided by church affiliated charity group.
The three pieces of crap that were picked up in Phoenix, however, were grabbed at a Greyhound Bus Station.
All I know is that from the pictures, almost all of them had face or neck tattoos.
I think it is pretty safe to say that any 16 - 40 year old from central or south America with a face of neck tattoo should be stopped and sent back before crossing into the US. If they refuse, they should be shot.
