it will get overturned as cruel and unusual punishment or against his rights.besides the line is long to have a gender change its the latest in thing to do so he will get it for free 😁
a few weeks in general population of a big prison he will be on the receiving end for years to come if not killed

He's mid-50's and has a 50 year sentence ahead. Unless he was eligible for early parole, he'll be over 100 if he ever leaves. I fail to see the point of the need to castrate him. That's past justice and into vengeance. Though with DNA from the child proves this case. This can start a dangerous precedent where females could potentially claim things to get back at boyfriend/husband so the same would happen to them. It's a slippery slope.
