I am staining some cabinets in The Shop. I stood up, bent over, and got down . . . and I picked up some "stuff".
I don't know if that was a real work out, but I am certain I will feel it in the morning.

I work out seven days a week. On a light day I still log 10,000+ steps.

I flew from Orlando, to Dallas and onto Phoenix.
At this point in my life, competing with fellow travelers os all the work out I get.

After 40 years of racquetball.......most of which was 5-6 games a day.....4 days a week.......age, and injuries were piling up. Went to lap swimming and weight room work.
Even with faithful use of a daily whirlpool..........I'm now "coasting". Still do truck work though.
So far....…so good.😎

3x a week at the local YMCA facility (Silver Sneakers). Ride an exercise bike to get warmed up. Hit 16 to 20 stations around a workout circuit going back and forth between exercises to build up/rehab my knees and various upper body weights…
I also average 4 miles a day walking/hiking working around the farm etc.
I figure I am as tough or tougher than as any commie my age 🙃

I 'work' outside EVERY DAY. Some days harder and longer than others but don't miss many days.

Just ran 9 miles and did an hour of cross-fit.
As long as I keep moving, all is well. It’s sitting still that makes everything hurt.

I go to the Y twice a week. Three days a week, I walk 2 miles up and down the mountains, the dog also enjoys these walks.

daily 12 oz. curls… the commies don't scare me.

I work out every day. I start with a 2 mile walk, then top it off with 1/2 hour on my Wieder 550 lb strength machine. I've been doing that for years

Yes, I got out of bed and put my socks and pants on after doing the SSS maneuvers, (had nothing to do with guns or shovels), then went on with the rest of my day doing as little as possible.

Squat on the crapper, did some curls with a can of Guinness and a sit up from the bed.
