Payment Questions
I am a dealer who stepped away from gunbroker for a while, when I came back things are a bit different. I had to use Outdoor Pay for all transactions, couldn't charge for the CC fees, wasn't given many options when I listed items for sale. Sold a few things and like the ease of Outdoor Pay but still don't like not being able to charge for fees but whatever.. So now I sold a firearm and the listing doesn't go through Outdoor Pay. The customer contacted me for payment with his credit card in which I now sold a pistol for under cost after fees. Any input as to what I may be doing wrong with my listings??

I am being told that Outdoor Pay is not a requirement….so you can go in and put your gateway in your account and add your upcharge if you would like to. As far as the current transaction the only thing I can see is to have your buyer mark that he mailed payment, so your transaction will not have the fees in there. Either way, if you are signed up for Outdoor Pay I believe you will be charged for the transaction.
