Does China have the ability to make the earth quake?
I'm thinking Bond Villain/Dr. Evil plot but this way the earthquake Taiwan just had looks like a "natural" event. Upon looking at their China made island it's closer to the Philippines than Taiwan. But still, they do have "ancient Chinese secret".
