Zero emission and carbon taxes are meant only to increase government control and appease people like Greta and the rest of the climate change 'just stop oil' lunatic fringe.
I watched an interview with a volcanologist overlooking a volcano in Iceland explaining that it produced more emissions in one week than the entire United States did in a year. Consider that there are more than 1500 active volcanoes in the world and countless fissures on the ocean floor emitting gas.

Watch this doc if you want some good 411 on what effective, human-driven carbon takedown would look like. I don't disagree that vehicle emissions are at best low impact and incremental progress - but the technology is here, there is no reason not to use it.

Illustrates the problem with placing career politicians, political hacks in the federal departments rather than those with real experience. Give Biden & the DEMOCRATs another 4 year term our great country will be so screwed up we may never recover.
Whether anyone liked Trump or not, he did exactly the opposite.
