Abbie got her first home run of the season today. And she pitched 16
strikeouts! They won the game and gave the other team their first loss
of the season.

I forgot to add that there was a runner on 2nd base that also scored when she hit the HR.

  Why are grandkids so special??

  I have a thought, not saying I'm right.

  When we were having our children we were all young and so dumb we didn't realize how amazing this all was.

  As we got older and wiser we realized that a child is so fantastic, that now we appreciate them as true gifts from God!!

  My youngest grandchild got baptized yesterday in a wonderful church filled with loving members!!
