I should've bought more corned beef.
I had 6 before St. Paddy's and now I'm down to two. Just finished one off in my sandwich. I do have a couple in the freezer from last year but still, down to two fresh ones before the end of March. That is a new one.

The corned beef sales from years past had me stocking up much more than what the so called sales did for me this year! Prices were much higher around here. I only bought two.

My wife only likes it in Reuben sandwiches, so I bought 3 small briskets for $2.49 a pound. We're good until next year.
