Never a good day to give your money away. Will be blowing snow here in the morning too.

We have ours computed for us. Picked them up mid-week and were delighted the amount due was small.

Gonna be a rainy/snowy mixed weekend. Thank goodness. Our snowpack is about 125% of average, but more is always better.

When the Boss and I were both working and had more sources of income besides our wages we had an accountant do our taxes every year. Now we have consolidated those sources and also don't have enough deductions to itemize so it is just as quick and cheaper to do our own.

38 degrees here now and I just scraped the slush off in front of both garages, so it doesn't turn to ice tonight. By Monday the temps will be back in the normal mid 50's range so the 4" of crappy white stuff will soon just be a memory. It's good you have that increase in the snowpack and it should help with water levels. We have friends in Michigan's U.P. and their total snowfall this year is down about 100". Great for not having to do stuff like shoveling off roofs, but bad for water amounts in the spring and summer.

In the West, we drink snow. That's literally true because all of our drinking water comes from snowpack, either immediately into reservoirs or long after trickling down into aquifers.

How do they keep the rain out of the reservoirs and aquifers since "all" your drinking water comes from snow?

We have 20 feet of new beach here. Water levels go up and down yearly, never this low. Going to be interesting. I am about two miles upstream from the Neebish Island Ferry.

Ruger, our rain is just snow that melted on the way down.

A 'good' day to do taxes is as confusing to me as 'leftover' bacon. Just doesn't make any sense at all!

We're having nice Spring weather here in FL, but I finally did my taxes the other day. I always have to pay a few Dollars so I'm never in a hurry to get it done.
