Oh there's always more money. We're good for it. By "we" I mean the next few generations. This is the way America will join the South and Central America. And like the EU with their Euro we'll get the Amero at quarter the value of a Euro.

Whenever a US administration has big problems at home, it always turns to foreign policy. Much easier to hide your incompetence in other countries than at home where everyone is watching.
