She’s gonna be a felon and can get a sentence of up to 18 months and a $5000 fine in New Mexico for Involuntary manslaughter.

So if you do not check the safe condition of the prop gun you were handed, repeatedly pull the gun out with your finger in the trigger-guard, point it toward the several people nearby, cock it and pull the trigger, and the gun fires killing a bystander, it is somehow the fault of the armorer who handed you the gun.

Smart Aleck Baldwin says he did not pull the trigger. The gun just did it all by itself.

You know, that is how pencils misspell words. Them are bad pencils and them are bad guns that do bad things by them self.

Spoons also made Rosie O'Donnell fat.

This is a good example of what can happen when brainless people get to play around with guns.

Live ammo and blanks in the same place. (brainless and Brandon supporters explains the why)

She's got the title to her job, it then becomes her responsibility to validate it's safe to use along with the person handling the gun. They both failed big-time and both will be punished according to the Judges mood.

"it is somehow the fault of the armorer who handed you the gun".

Yes, it was her job, she got paid for it, she's responsible for the safe handling of all weapons on the set.

Is Baldwin an idiot ......... yes he most certainly is and in my opinion equally responsible for the death but gun safety wasn't his job it was hers and she failed miserably.

She didn't hand Baldwin the gun. She wasn't on the set at the time of the shooting. As the armorer, of course, she was supposed to have been on set.

Just got the local free paper The Carmel Pine Cone. Looks like a local "expert" Frank Koucky went to New Mexico for a demo. I got to see if my LGS knows this dude? So I went looking for Mr. Koucky and came across Court TV. Wow. They made the dude look bad. It's true he did sweep bodies but in order for the guns to enter the court they would've been checked, right?

Baldwin Movie Shooting Trial: Day 9 Recap
Firearms expert, Frank Koucky, displays questionable gun safety measures as he takes the stand in the Baldwin Movie Shooting Trial.

We all know baldwin had the gun before folks started to drop. Did they dust the rounds in the gun for prints? I figure there couldn't been many prints on them. Then who ever done loaded the rounds are at fault plus baldwin for setting the gun off with his Jedi mind. I bet he wished the revolver was made by Sig.

They need to now think about letting Smart Aleck Baldwin just use ONE of them little pop guns that shoot corks and have the cork on a string to limit their range and he can then have his Armorer reload the ONE cork.

That hat that he is wearing is one thing that sure fits him. Looks really jerky.

    Similar to these type.

I wonder if they considered the idea that the person did their job and someone else brought live ammo to the set. I just can't imagine a real firearm wrangler ever mixing the two.

But, I've long since learned that just because you are employed to do something, doesn't mean you are proficient at said thing…
