I did a quick Googly look-about and it looks like you use the rack when smoking ribs, not necessarily when you're grilling them.

What time's dinner and can I bring anything? I make a pretty mean store bought apple pie!

I'm sorta smoking them. Trying to keep the grill around 225 to 275 degrees. Adding mesquite when needed.

You've got about 2 hours to get here. Otherwise, we're starting without you.🤣

the rib rack holds the ribs vertically instead of horizontal on the grill, so you end up being able to smoke more ribs at once. I could probably fit 5-6 racks of ribs with the rib rack & only 2 without.

After seeing those delicious looking ribs, I just have to ask you Jim, does your place have a landing strip? 😁😛
