Sometimes its REALLY hard to pick out the difference in the two
If I had time I'd get a letter on it. This one doesn't seem to be all that out of the ordinary, but its one of the more rare versions of the Police Positive.

How well a magnet is attracted might tell you, but my guess Nickel.

To early for stainless, I have never seen a stainless Police Pos.
