    I can see where it would be useful to see what you paid to build the rifle but I don't believe it will establish the price the rifle is worth. Just my opinion but I have found that is all I have. Don

    As above, it will be a point of what the setup costs and not a hack job but doesn't equate what it is worth in todays money..imo. Good luck and post a auction link on the general discussions.

    Also another tidbit: Rifles and scopes generally net more dollars overall when sold separately. Post a link to the scope auction in your rifle auction, and vice versa.

    I like the idea. It shows exactly what the custom build was. The cost may or may not be relevant to today's value. Someone may be happy to get a custom rifle at less than the cost to build it today. However, the demand for such may be lower unless the maker is well known. Good luck.
