California snuck one past
It seems the state had placed another "fee" to us subjects. They have now included wine, booze and other plastic bottles in their California Redemption Value (CRV) scheme. That reminds me they haven't made more locations to "redeem" the CRV so they should just call it a tax. I guess this will pay for the illegals?

CA Income taxes and sales taxes are the highest in the nation. DEMOCRATs control a supermajority of state govt. Translation: CA is a lost cause.

Our three redemption centers have all been closed due to minor infractions. ( containers purchased in Nv. turned in for refund). Our nearest center is Redding or Red Bluff, both 110 miles distant.
