Actually it's made from Meyer Lemons which is a hybrid… lemon and orange 🍋+🍊

The Meyer has been around a long time... It's the only citrus that grows in northern California to my knowledge.

You can get all kinds of marmalades: orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit, tangerine, even kumquat.

Limoncello. I made a batch last year and another one this year. 20 or so rind of lemons in a 1.75 Lt of Stoli (it's what I had and it's cheap) to soak. So this year I squeezed the rinded lemons and put like a pound of sugar to dissolve in the juice and more vodka (again in 1.75 Lt). My riff is less sweeter than the recipe. So I think I'll blend the rind vodka and sugary juicy vodka together. Since I got a freed up bottle for the blending.
