Another is to ignore them. They're not protesting anything; they're just looking for attention which the media and others give them every time.

Fire hoses worked well in the 60s.

You need a device that kills their cell phones dead. Without a phone game over.

so many easy solutions but the democrats want to coddle their voters. so none of it will happen same with the southern border

So like "The Purge" without the killing.

I do wonder how many are actually students? I reckon if they are and are caught no biden "tuition" forgiveness for them. But since they allowed this silliness let them deal with it while the cops and population sit off campus. Be fun to see PMCs in Yale. I can see child soldiers with a Yale t-shirt wielding manchettes.

All those caught and arrested should should face immediate deportation if not a citizen of the United States. All those that are arrested and are citizens of the United States, should be put on the terrorist watch list account of declaring allegiance and support to Hamas. All those arrested that are students and citizens should be expelled and all grade points dissolved. University’s that don’t take immediate action to stop the persecution of Jewish students should loose all federal funding.
Anyone that is caught lowering the American flag and replacing it with a flag of Palestine, should be tried as a combatant against the United States. Since the founding of this great country, millions of people have shed their blood and payed a heavy price to keep that flag flying.

The Babylon Bee has some advice…

9 Highly Effective Ways To Remove Protesters From Your Campus
If you're part of the administration of a major university, what you've seen on the news may have you feeling rather frightened. Say, for the sake of discussion, a large group of unruly students sets up an autonomous zone on campus and refuses to vacate. What can you do?

    I especially like #4

My solution is a bit different. Turn Gaza into a glass parking lot and then they will have nothing to protest. Problem solved.

They will receive no punishment whatsoever. In fact, there will be no record of their arrest.

    TWO points.

University faculty overwhelmingly support their cause. Partisan mainstream media in their reporting subliminally appear to support protestors and are sympathetic to their cause. Media gives the protestors a platform to voice themselves and an audience. As a result they grow in population (often with the help of outside influencers). As we see here protests can manifest into a mob & the end product is mob like behavior.

Leftist partisan ideologues in government sympathetic to their cause fail to react when they should put and end to these protests in their infancy.

Have seen this process repeat itself many times. IE George Floyd riots, SCOTUS Roe V Wade. One thing in common is their locations: Democrat domains

Hey, it's me. The dissonant chord. Well, here goes the behavior that's expected of me:

They're protesting their universities being complicit in the Israel offensive, sending money obtained from tuition the students paid. I'd be angry too if my college was using my money to invest in killing kids, too.

    @...: https://forums.gunbroker.com/discussion/1915340/my-solution-to-the-campus-gaza-protests

Go to several biker bars in the area. Tell the bikers that the police presence will be pulled at a certain time. Tell them they have X number of hours to take care of the problem. Explain to the bikers that deaths are not acceptable but bruises and the occasional broken bone is OK.

I'm guessing that 15 minutes after the bikers show up that what ever the number of protesters is, all will be heading for mommies basement, never to be seen again!!😂😁😂😋

    Such an easy fix!!!

Get the bikers to help as additional muscle to keep the cops at bay when they return? That's a great idea, very unexpected plan from a regular poster here. I mean, the only other way to interpret this plan is that you want gangs of bikers descending upon college youths to beat the crap out of them while the police have their back turned, which is absolutely abhorrent so it can't be that one.

Fire hoses worked well in the 60s.

They sure did. Hey, uh, could anyone remind me what the popular protests in the 60s were against? Just to be sure that the side of "the people spraying high pressure hoses at protesters" was the morally correct side to be on at the time.

No dissent allowed, huh? "Millions of people have shed their blood and paid a heavy price to keep that flag flying" If the actions taken against the protestors are any indicator, that flag is flying for no reason other than the aesthetics right now.

How about we ship all the protestors to the universities in Gaza instead? Wait… hold on… I'm checking the news right now. Oh, it turns out there aren't any left, what with Israel flattening all of them from the air. Oops. Well, that was probably for a good reason. They seem on track to carrying out that glassed parking lot plan anyway, also presumably for good reasons.

    Dissonant chord my asp.
You’re a supporter of Hamas and terrorism. You have been told what to THINK and you believe it blindly with no interest for the fact and truth.
My opinion your just a troll looking to argue.

No mention of who started the war and their cold hearted cruelty to their hostages.

those women and children you speak of are terrorists also, they have been taught from birth to hate the jewish people and for the most part america also. the only way to change their minds it to kill them, this may sound cold hearted but they started it and israel is just trying to finish it. If you would rather support terrorists that is your choice but not mine.

I wonder if the resident Hamas supporter here has ever read Exodus or Mila 18, or studied what happened to the Jews of Kiev in 1941 in the ravines of Babi Yar, or the Warsaw ghetto, or a thousand other places throughout eastern Europe.

The Jewish population in the Middle East has a good reason for hitting back with an iron fist when provoked, but some people seem to ignore history and go with the current media narrative.

@NotDracon you can have your opinions on things, but don't be combative (same to all members) however a statement like "Hey, it's me. The dissonant chord. Well, here goes the behavior that's expected of me:" is not gonna fly here for too long. You can disagree with others without being a troll. I don't agree with some of the suggestion put forth in this thread and do agree with some of them. Being a "biker" not a "1%" kind of made me mad suggesting all bikers would act a certain way as an example, but I choose to ignore it. This is GB's house and not FB or Twitter and our members should understand they are guests here and act accordingly. Most do, those that don't won't be around for long or many that were around for a long time decided that they could do what they want and found out they couldn't. Everyone try to be respectful of others even if you don't agree or like their thoughts. Else the staff will decide you no longer are welcome.

If one does not wish to have one's residence flattened then perhaps one should not support Hamas and their desire to eliminate the state of Israel from the Earth. The solution to this is really quite simple. The Palestinians simply need to quit trying to kill Jews just because they are Jews.

I firmly believe that if all the Arab/Muslim nations lay down their arms then they would be perfectly safe from anything Israel might do. The inverse, unfortunately , is not true.

    21
  • Don McManus

There are multiple sides to this issue, but there is a very simple fact. If the Palestinian people had stopped trying to kill Israelis 50 years and decided to join the ranks of civilized society, there would be no problem.
The opposite has proven not to be the case.

What does Palestine produce? Do they have industry? Agriculture? Oil? Mining?

I suspect they survive off handouts.

They bite the hand that feeds them.

They produce terrorists, and that's about it as far as I know.

The campus Gaza protesters seem to have solved their own problem. School is out for the summer, and they all have gone home to free-load off Daddy and Mommy for the next three months. Then it'll be back to pretending to being educated.
