Anyone know the name of the company, I believe it is in Texas, that does mail order prescription shooting glasses?

  6-10 years back when I still lived in Dallas and hadn’t had LASIK yet, I definitely had an optometrist in Dallas who would allow you to bring your firearm into the office and he would tune prescription lenses for shooters. I don’t recall his name but it was informally through Elm Fork shooting range.

  I don't know if it's still offered but Wally World used to offer tri-focals with a mid range lens at the top. Regular distance was center, reading on the bottom and there was a section at the top that was set for front sight distance.

  Second on the Decot glasses, been using them for close to 40 years. Fax them a script and you will have them in a couple of days.
