Just seen one of the units with a for sale sign.
While I was dropping off the hoa fee I saw one of the units had a silly mugged agent sign. Out of curiosity what these things were going in biden eras. HOLEY SHIZ-NICKLES!!! $450K before fees and taxes!!! I thought it was silly bugger prices (before covid) at $360K again before fees and taxes. Figure half a million for this crappy two bed, one bath with a car port and may be a storage closet (not all has one). Maybe it's time to sell and reside permanently in a Vegas hotel like low (low, low, low, low) rent Howard Hughes. Me on the strip in my jammies rolling on my "hog" a rascal going to the cheapest all you can eat "maybe?" lobster.

Better hope you get BIG bucks for your unit because the days of cheap Vegas buffets are long gone! Now a lobster buffet can cost you north of a hundred smackers! I remember when they were less than 20 bucks! Of course if you lay down a few hundred grand in bets, they may comp you a meal or two.đ Bob

My one and only vegas trip was 1987. Supper buffets were about $12.00 to $15.00 ,depending on what you got . Breakfast was $4.00 Lunch run about $6.00

Ainât like that anymoreâŠtheyâve upsold everything. Used to enjoy donating a few bucks for my entertainmentâŠtoo expensive there nowadays. Now I microwave Swanson dinners and gamble (my life) by insulting my bride.

Probably been more homes lost in Vegas than sold in Vegas. Did know this one guy that some of the casinos would actually pay for his flight out there. He no longer has his farm.
