First week @new job in PA
This is going to be a wild ride. Same company but everything else for me is a change.
Small town where everyone knows each other & they rolled out the red carpet for me.
For me, this is a 2-5 year “assignment” & they know I’m there on a rotational basis.
I plan on going all in and doing all the things the Northeast has to offer.
For now, I am Flying back & forth probably through June- plan is to sell this house in the next few weeks and go under contract & be closed up there by August 1st- If you look at a calendar, that’s a pretty Aggressive timeline!
The view from my new office is a good start.

My dad was a union boileremaker. They liked going to work the jobs in Western Pennsylvania. The people treated them well and and the accommodations were reasonable.
What city are you close to, Warbirds?

All I can say about winter by the way is keep your feet warm, I wear a light weight pair of Sorel boots during our wet cold winters. (Northern California)The rain capitol of the world lol

Wow they pulled the red carpet? What's wrong with this gig? They need a fall guy? Flying back and forth, too? Can't you just telecommute?
As for your old pad. Why not rent it out and become a slum lord?
