  It doesn't take much effort to train an AI to mimic a person's voice and the result is pretty convincing. Get some sound bytes of back when the man could put more than 4 words together and you can easily train the AI, give it a script to red, and the output is a coherent sounding Biden.

  Here's a quick example of just how easy. Below is musician Rick Beato. Over a 4 week period he trained an AI to model his voice. The end result is scary.

  Its all academic now:

  Relative to Biden we all need to keep in mind: Biden is NOT the nominee because he has dementia. Joe Biden is NOT the nominee because THE PEOPLE found out he has dementia.
