That would be the late great Captain Midnight, aka W.D. Truitt, mayor of Carson, WA. I had the pleasure of meeting him and Dads3040 for lunch one day in Cascade Locks, OR. GREAT people, as one would expect, and W.D. was just as hilarious in person as he was here on the boards.
W.D. was also know for "that girl might have a little dairy blood in her", or words to that effect.
