I just noticed a retail delivery fee on an invoice sent to a buyer. Just curious what it is.

  I have a lot of completed invoices, none show a delivery fee.

  There is a 1% fee on the invoices that came around when GB was forced to collect sales tax.

  They offset the cost of processing that by adding a 1% buyers fee to the orders.
